As somene who pretty much always was able to eat anything I wanted without too many repercussions, I got a serious wake-up call when I was diagnosed with colon cancer. Now, I am taking what I eat seriously and making "real food" a priority. The hardest part so far has been giving up coffee... and sugar...and pasta! But, life is precious and I want to be around to see my grandchildren grow up! Hurry up Dr Mark and release that cookbook! Thank you for a great resource. I've already sent a gift copy to a friend struggling with blood sugar.
