Some parts of this book are really heavy, and I didn't love Sebian's voice but the story weaved through is pretty solid. I'm keen to start Book 2!

I feel guilty for Lovin all of Liv Zanders books and her dark and kinky romance style. Court of Ravens Book 1 & 2 are definitely out there and I was up for them! Major trigger warnings so please take note. In a way it is a book about redemption.
Loved Malyr but he sure wouldn't be everyones choice.
Wasn't a fan of Tor Tom narration of Malyr. While he does have a good voice he seemed emotionless - it was like he was calling a school role. His cadence was wrong, exaggerated stoping at the end of every sentence so it didn't flow naturally.

Loved how different this was to any other kind of dark romance. I don’t know why more people aren’t talking about it. It took a little while to get use to the male narration but I enjoyed both books

The crazy chemistry between the main characters was so
Intense but rough at times. When it was good it was on fire!!

This book is a DARK romantasy so please check your TW. There is SA on page but i would say it’s done in a similar way to what is often done on TV (just to give you a rough level).

The story is really interesting!! I love the idea of the raven shifters. Their quirks and habits are integrated really well.

The ending BROKE MY HEART!!! Be prepared to roll straight into the second book. 1000%

I also listened to the audio. One voice actor was great but I really struggled with the others, which is really rare for me.

Unapologetically dark, this book delivers a fantasy romance packed with intensity and morally corrupt characters. The MMC’s twisted yet compelling arc had me thinking WTF more than once, pulling me in with every shock. The extreme spice won’t be for everyone, especially since it kicks in early, but it ties into the character development and backstory.

If you like twisted stories, this one’s for you. But if you prefer characters that adhere to modern, acceptable standards of behaviour, then this isn't the book for you.

The female narration by Shaina Summerville is great—she really brings the story to life. The male narration is good but doesn’t feel as compelling in comparison.

Currently sitting in a spudshed carpark, waiting for a chapter to end. Heart hurting and unable to move until the chapter finished. Only for it to be the last chapter. Chest on fire and litterly yelling at my speakers as I realised it was the end of the book.
Took a while to get in to the flow of this book but damn did I fall hard.
