I think this book was better than a lot of these very raved about books out there and the romantasy sphere. Maybe it’s not as popular. Because it is very adult and a lot of the ones that are arranged about everyone on book etc. Are very teenager so if you are an adult but you love Romantasy this might be for you.

The story was compelling and had me engaged the whole way through. 3.5 🌶️ from me and spread out very well through the book. Voice narration was incredibly well done also. Overall Amazing story and performance all round. Well done.

Between the ditzy Disney princess voice, and the deep, trying to be sexy male voice (which I couldn’t even understand though my car audio most of the time), the preface says not to skim this book. Don’t worry, you can skim, because some character somewhere will over explain everything very, very soon.
I feel gaslit by the reviews I’ve seen of this book but I’m guessing now they have very low standards and/or literacy. I’m DNF at 34%, no way could I get through another 21 hours of this nonsense.
