wonderful weight loss bundle
I'm really liking this bundle. It includes a lot of techniques and methods for healthy eating and to stop unhealthy habits. Brings awareness to bad habits and helps steer you in the right direction. Great for autocorrecting yourself and staying on track with your diet.

What did you learn from Extreme Weight Loss Hypnosis Bundle that you would use in your daily life?
This bundle is all about weight loss, and it's something that sticks with you while you listen. I have found the subliminal versions work best for me on a low volume, and the regular versions are great when you are sitting down and relaxed.
Any additional comments?
Great value with a lot of material to work with. Does not have to be listened to in order. Really, you could start with any chapter, just know there are subliminal chapters and regular hypnosis sessions. Refer to the description to make your life easier! Great content.

I am Impressed
I wasn't sure what to expect with this bundle, but I am certainly impressed. A lot of great sessions that left me feeling more inspired to take care of my body. Self care starts with the mind, and this is a great way to set healthy standards for yourself and keep great habits.

I like that I can make this a part of my daily routine, or whenever I need it to get me back on track. I need to be reminded about my health goals. For me, this isn't a short term gain, it's a new lifestyle and it's for the long run.
