This audiobook is a go-to guide for parents and teachers, providing up-to-date knowledge in a simple, easy-to-listen-to format. It is filled with information your doctor would like to provide but is often unable to do so in the limited appointment times available.

Hillarious and Clever Guide to living with ADHD
EMPOWERED WOMEN WITH ADHD is fun, comforting and thought provoking.
Estelle not only writes from her own experiences (like going to get plates and cutlery and coming back with a frisbee??) but while doing this she includes evidence-based tips and research (just go look at that reference list!) to back up her own ideas and coping mechanisms.
The writing style was easy to follow, the narrator was fun and easy to understand, the step-by-step guide helped me absorb every little detail (I think), the short paragraphs meant that it was easy to follow while listening to someone speak and the metaphors helped me "click."
I especially have to thank chapter 8 "empowered money" for really calling me out on my crappy money habits and giving me not only the tips but the motivation to try and turn myself around in that aspect.
Estelle says, "everyone's journey with ADHD is unique, so what works for someone else may not work for you and vice versa" But even so I believe this book is a valuable resource for not just women (or men too) who live with ADHD and their families but also for health professionals (like me) or anyone who may like to further understand the impacts of ADHD.
I really enjoyed this as an audio book and would definitely recommend to anyone with or without adhd to sit and listen to as it comes with some really great jokes and tips!

Best self help book I’ve read
Just finished listening … love it 🥰
So me in every way, you have a style that feels like it is coming straight out of my mind. Love the metaphors & song references. The easiest “help me” book I’ve ever read!
Loved the line “We wear our hearts on our sleeves & our thoughts on our tongues”
I so need that on a T-shirt
Thanks Estelle @rosalipublishing for writing a book that helps out someone who has only just found out at 49 they have ADHD IN such an easy way.
