This story is one that has needed to be told and I'm so thankful for. Gaining confidence in myself has been a long journey and now I finally have hope for the future of mental health in children that are exposed to too much media focused on appearance. I read this book on holiday, It is full of motivating,moving and funny stories that I just really related to. Taryn is a powerhouse and I am a big fan of her other works and work shops.
