Grear book with practical advice that worked for me

This is the first book of Mark Hyman’s that I have read. Excellent read, and the Medical advice in this book worked for me and I dropped a great deal of weight, but also retained the lifestyle for 9 months afterwards. The book is lacking good-structure towards the end chapters, however I did still enjoy the full read. Will look at reading his next title soon.

The Bible of living longer

Love Dr Hyman's work and try to have a pegan lifestyle. Whenever I feel best is always when I'm living the pegan life. Fat is amazing and everyone should read/listen to this great book to dispel the myths of fats.
