Excellent! Get free from the grip of fear, panic and agoraphobia. Tricks that work.

This has been the most helpful book I have read on the subject of fear and agoraphobia. I’m glad I can listen to it instead of reading it because there is a lot to take in, especially at the beginning of the book as Reid first explains how the body and mind work, then he exposes what makes fear grown and what you can say and do to trick your mind and dissolve the fear and make it shrink. Slowly you can get your courage back and step out.
In Don’t Panic Reid exposes fear and teaches you tricks on how to make fear shrink. His “tricks” really work. I tried some straight away when I went out today. I used the elevator twice and was so pleased with the result. I have been avoiding elevators for a decade before I read Don’t Panic. But today I didn’t make an excuse and said to myself “Come on fear, bring it on!”
I know panic and anxiety are chronic problems so please don’t rush. Read this book over and over until you get it. Audible has other helpful books which together can help you come through this but this book is especially good. Fear has finally been exposed!
