No matter what has happened to you, where you are from, or what you have done, you can still find total peace, unconditional love, complete fulfillment, and an abundance of joy in your life. No person is an exception to this. Darkness only exists because of the light, which means even in our darkest hour, light must exist.

Within this book, you'll find timeless wisdom to empower you with the understanding of our mind's infinite potential to create any experience of life we want, regardless of external circumstances.

Don't Believe Everything You Think is not about rewiring your brain, rewriting your past, or positive thinking. We cannot solve our problems with the same level of consciousness that created them. Tactics are temporary. An expansion of consciousness is permanent.

This book was written to help you go beyond your thinking and discover the truth of what you already intuitively know deep inside your soul.

I was open but sceptical to reading this book but I am so glad I did. I have been battling the overthinking demons all my life while not even realising it. Once I listened and really paid attention to the content,it hits home and assists me greatly with coping mechanisms, I plan to listen to this regularly to drum home the message that negative overthinking can be managed allowing a better quality of life

Waste of money. Did not contain anything particularly ground breaking or insightful. Really fell flat.

Do you want a book that repeats itself over and over? This is the one for you! The same concept told over and over again in the same monotone voice. Great for those who can’t sleep, it will have you out in minutes

What is the hype???
