Story
Joe Dispenza, DC, has spent decades studying the human mind-how it works, how it stores information, and why it perpetuates the same behavioral patterns over and over. In the acclaimed film What the Bleep Do We Know!?, he began to explain how the brain evolves - by learning new skills, developing the ability to concentrate in the midst of chaos, and even healing the body and the psyche. Evolve Your Brain presents this information in depth, while helping you take control of your mind.

Story
Sergeant Roy Cooper is a country policeman in the small country town of Penguin Hill. He's been batting for his local cricket club for decades - where he's a statistical miracle. He's overweight, he makes very few runs, he's not pretty to watch, but he's never been dismissed. When young local schoolgirl Cassie chances upon the story, she takes it all the way to Donna Garrett, a renowned sports columnist from a Melbourne newspaper who's forced to write under the male pseudonym of 'Don' Garrett to be taken seriously.

The wall. Sooner or later we all hit it. The wall can be anything. It could be your lack of motivation, it could be your fear of leaving your comfort zone, it could be the aimlessness that comes from not having set yourself the right goals, it could be that you spend too much time with people who undermine you. What all these things have in common is that they’re holding you back. They’re the things that are stopping you from reaching your true potential, from getting the most you can out of your life.

Story
When she was five, tragedy prompted her parents to join Kabbalah, a cult-like sect of Judaism. They immersed themselves in it unreservedly–from its peculiar rituals (rolling in the snow naked to purify their sins) to the beauty of belonging to something greater than themselves. She left at eighteen–after years of abuse and living in communes in three countries–devastated and isolated, searching for meaning in her life. Today, that woman is Professor Debbie Haski-Leventhal, who specialises in finding meaning in our personal and professional lives.

Story
One of the biggest myths that plagues the business world today is that our ability to network depends on having the “gift-of-gab”. You don’t have to be outgoing to be successful at networking. You don’t have to become a relentless self-promoter. In fact, you don’t have to act like an extrovert at all. Matthew Pollard, an introvert himself, draws on over a decade of research and real-world examples to provide an actionable blueprint for introverted networking.

Story
Clem Bastow grew up feeling like she’d missed a key memo on human behaviour. She found the unspoken rules of social engagement confusing, arbitrary and often stressful. Friendships were hard, relationships harder and the office was a fluorescent-lit nightmare of anxiety. It wasn’t until Clem was diagnosed as autistic, at age 36, that things clicked into focus. Clem reflects as an autistic adult on her formative experiences as an undiagnosed young person, from the asphalt playground of St Joseph's Primary School in Melbourne to working as an entertainment journalist in Hollywood.

Publisher's Summary
If only you had more money, a different job, a bigger house, a passionate romance...your day-to-day would be a whole lot better, right?
Blah de blah, blah, blah.
Let Gary John Bishop dispel the bullsh*t you tell yourself and instead motivate you to design the life you want.
This practical guide expands the lessons in the international best seller Unf*ck Yourself. It is a personal workshop for your brain, where you can determine what matters to you, empowering you to move forward without the emotional baggage. Broken down into three key pillars - self, people and purpose - you will answer Bishop's curated list of life-altering questions. These questions reveal what you have suppressed or tried to minimise, the kinds of thing one might throw into their metaphorical backpack and carry around until the weight becomes too much.
By doing the work, you will understand your feelings and your actions like you never have before. The exercises allow you to stop the negative chatter, improve your relationships and give you the courage to instigate positive change.
Do the Work is the nudge (or more like the kick in the ass) you need to get out of your rut.

Life Changing 💯💥👊✨
There are over three hundred books in my personal library.
Mostly covered in dust waiting for me to be ready to read them✨✨ At long last a format that enables me to work and listen and a book as wonderfully powerful and direct as Gary's comes along and BOOM✨👊💥💥💯 It's the best book I've had read to me in a very long time and the most Actionable too💯💥👊✨👍 I have Enormous Gratitude for Do The Work and it's prequel Unfuck Yourself 👍✨👊💥💯 What excites me most is the deep knowing that at last some of my dearest and most passionate dreams may actually become realities 💯💥💥✨✨👊💥💯 Being able to do listen regularly until the teachings and challenges become automatic or at least close to second nature or dare I say even first nature is very very exciting and inspiring. ✨👍👊👊💯💯💥💥 These two books should be on the curriculum in every high school senior years, the world would then be hit by a wave of youngsters forewarned and forearmed to actually live meaningful and passionate lives of great contribution and equally great satisfaction💥💯👍👍👍👊💯💥 Thankyou from every fibre of my being Andre M💥💯👊👍✨

great information and presentation but...
Fantastic, however due to a heavy reliance on self paced activities it is not the best audiobook for people unable to participate (driving, flying, walking.....)
I still gained a great deal from the book and will review chapters again at home rather than in the car
