About this listen
This is a future earth novel. Humanity begins to move out from a dying earth. On a particular planet, colonists are attacked by monsters looking like an ancient Egyptian God. On another planet, a young explorer finds a race of dragons through a transit portal. Befriending them, she discovers how to use powerful space ships left behind by another race, long gone.
Using these craft, twice she fights off the monsters. A time traveller gives enigmatic advice to humanity throughout the beginnings of space exploration. At the last battle, an old dragon comes to the aid of the now aging friend of the dragons.
An old dragon will breathe fire. Set in and around the year 2317, this book spans about 150 years.
