Publisher's Summary

"What a fantastic start to a new fantasy series! I love a strong female lead and we were delivered that in spades with Larkspur.... This story is fast paced and exciting right from the start. I can't wait to see what comes next!" - Boundless Book Reviews

From HiJinks Ink Publishing and Shannon Mayer comes The USA Today best-selling Elemental Series beginning with Recurve (book one). With over 1.4 million books sold, Shannon Mayer proves, once again, she can dominate her genre right out of the gate.

"My name is Larkspur, and I am an Elemental."

My people use the power of the earth to sustain life and defy our enemies. I should be at my father's side as a royal princess. But as a half-breed bastard child, that isn't going to happen.

Taken away by the last Spirit Walker, I am meant to train with him so that I can finally stop the false mother goddess and her plans to rule both humans and elementals. I am meant to train so that I can meet her on even ground, but training takes time.

Time is not something we have. The world is coming apart at the seams as the humans rain down destruction upon their own kind and the supernatural world. The false mother goddess is hunting down the most powerful elementals to take the last of their power, and through it all, the secrets of who I truly am begin to spill upward.

I must find the strength to stop the mother goddess and to save our world, but which aspect of my heart will hold me up, and what will it cost me in the end?

Blood of the earth....

Child of Spirit....

Bastard Princess....

Ender....

Protector....

Destroyer.

Fantastic story start to finish

I almost never leave book reviews but I loved this books series so much! A strong lead female and a story that you don't predict I was entertained from start to finish. The only disappointment is that it's over.

Seriously....

I'm just gonna put this out there that I felt like this was the worst ending to an amazing character.... Theres a huge difference in a tragic loss and the ability to keep her story going and I felt like it was just an injustice to end the series this way.

It’s over....

I don’t know how I feel about not having anymore Larkspur and PETA adventures. Lol

I loved the elemental series, it along with the Riley Adamson Series (which I read first) are some of my most favorite books, ever. Shannon has a way of telling a story. She pulls you in and you have nothing to do but go along for the ride.

Larks life has been full of challenges. And that may be putting it lightly but she’s accepted each new adventure and hit it head on. This one though, the fight to save the world, is an epic battle of mind over matter with a lot of quick decisions and leaps of faith.

My heart was pulled in so many directions here. Things that happened before were now being shown in a different light. Holy crap. My mind is totally blown the heck apart!

I loved every single, solitary second of this book, and I hate it’s over.

Loved it!

I just hope this isn’t the end of Larkspur and Peta! I absolutely loved this series! I am so sad to see it end! Please, please, please keep the story going! The way the author is able to create such elaborate characters is amazing in itself. I am a huge fan of urban fantasy and paranormal books and this series was definitely one of my favorites, along with the Rylee Adamson series. Please keep the books coming, you have a very devoted fan here.

Wow. Just . . . wow.

I don't know why I waited so long to read the Elemental books after I finished the Riley Adamson books . . . I guess I thought the Rileyverse would be too hard to live up to, but Lark's story is so closely entwined with Riley's yet still different enough to stand on it's own. I really enjoyed all of the books in this series. I hate seeing them end. Shannon Mayer's world and character building was phenomenal. And there are just enough for a good binge, lol. If you are even a little on the fence about reading these, just jump in and start. You won't regret it.

excellent

I think your books should be made into little mini series on HBO or something like Game of Thrones because that's how good I think these books are these would be something nobody's ever seen using the elements of the earth it would be fantastic
