Oh my god!! This book is just pure heartache, and I guess I knew that going into the story but I did not expect that ending! Sienna is an amazing character who has no choice but to stay with the men she has been chosen for, despite all of the abuse she is put through. You know what the best part of an audiobook is? You get to continue reading even while you are balling your eyes out! And this is most definitely one of those books! I can not tell you how much heartbreak this book caused me (not saying I regret listening thought because the emotion definitely made it a great book), so just be aware of that before going into the book. You know what the worst part is though? The next book is not out on audible!!!! And as I’m writing this review I have no access to data and so can’t even read the blurb to the next book!! 😩
Having said that though, this book was freaking amazing and if you decide to read it I hope you find you love it just as much as I do! Enjoy!

What a fantastic book, this book had me going through a heap of emotions, I felt so sad for the FMC; I wanted to cry for her.
There were funny moments with the FMC’s best friend doing what best friends do best. Heartbreaking moments, angry rage filled moments. There were minimal spicy scenes, however the story line made up for that.

The level of hurt in book 1 of this duet was top shelf.

Sienna was put through so much heartache and eventually physical pain when her bonded mates are caught in a situation that calls for them to reject her.

Tristan, as the pack leader, makes the call for how to handle the situation, and Jax, Grayson, and Logan follow his lead.

Ending on a cliffhanger, there wasn't much more that I could want in this first book.

I read on Kindle and read along on Audible.

Top shelf omega hurt

The story line is addictive and i loved the unique twist on the traditional "fated mates" and the effect that bond has on the omega and alpha's. I have cried sooooo many time listening to this book. I have become very invested in Sienna story and the heart break she experiences. Thoes Alphaholes better get their shit together in the next book. 💔

The story is really bought to life by the narrators they have done a fantastic job! This is now going in my top 10 omegaverse series on audible.

The narrators were really good, they carried this story for me. But these men... such a disappointment from start to... I can't say end, because I gave up at chapter 41 of the 2nd book. And that was not the first time I wanted to give up. This was just sooooooo painful to listen to, it spoiled my mood for 2 days in a row! (spoilers coming now)

Their reasons for humiliating their bonded omega was actually pretty bad from the start and why they kept on doing it, I have no clue. The boys' relationship wasn't against any rules, they were just worried how it would be perceived. And for that, they think it is ok to humiliate another person? In chapter 41 the boys are outed and going to a shop to get things for their hurting omega. And again, they are more worried about themselves, how other people would react to them. Their omega was publicly dragged through the mud because of them, but still, they are only thinking of themselves. And Sienna lets them, she is supportive to a bunch of selfish men! I get that her life was on the line, but ugh!

Throughout the books, I couldn't help comparing them to 'Pack darling'. This story could have used a Finn or JJ! Some head shaving of Alicia would have been nice 👍 I'm off to rereading 'Pack darling' now, to get some proper redemption and revenge!
