This audio book is exactly what I’ve been looking for. The combo of the music and rain allows me to fall asleep within minutes. Sometimes if I don’t feel like listening to the talking part I just skip to chapter 2 and still always end up having the best sleep!

Genuinely pleased to discover it worked. Was out so quick it was almost miraculous! Have no idea how long it lasted or how many chapters or if there are even chapters that I lasted. one minute i was awake the next I wasn:t. Pleasent sleep woke up next morning feeling great! Highly recommend.

started off great. very calming soft voice. got me to sleep pretty quickly i think.
Then at the very end of the book, they start talking again! so that woke me up! any chance the bit at the end can be extremely quiet or not there at all? despite that, i would still recommend.

I found the background music very effective in falling asleep.
I’m personally not a fan of the commentary part, so fwd to half way through Ch 1 & set timer from there.

listen to a tune called "weightless" by Marconi Union first (it's on youtube and goes for about 8 minutes) this will remove any anxiety you may have. Deep Sleep Hypnosis will take it from there.

I have been listening to this book as my evening meditation to sleepy-time for nearly 4 months, vast majority of nights. I have had the best sleep, my mental health has felt better (anxiety is very low to non-existant - a miracle for an anxious person skirting on depression), and I have lost 10kg since I started. I did start taking psyllium husk fibre halfway through which really accelerated the weightloss. Also magnesium & vit B for full disclosure.

The guided breathing and body relaxing steps are excellent. The best part, I fall asleep FAST and stay asleep! Not sure what is said after 5 minutes, but it appears to be working. Recommend!
