Not written for a Christian context

The author keeps talking about “your spirituality” and even goes to make a point of creating a space where you ‘can’t pray.
This author honestly needs to study the bible more and learn what Jesus did, and what prayer actually is. As prayer doesn’t invite a higher power, but it you talking to your Heavenly Father.
