I found this book very helpful for better living and controlling my alcohol consumption.

Condescending

Reminded me far too much of a fabricated daytime talkshow. A poor way to present and could not resonate with the content while they were talking. No thanks.

not the actual book

This is an interview with the author about the book. Though helpful it may be (I haven't listened) the actual book would be better. Glad it was "bought" with a free credit.

Is this the same book or not.

i liked it and thought the info was valuable but felt confused. Its more like a talk show and they talk about whats in the book as if it is something completely different.

Great guidance

As a Cognitive Hypnotherapist dealing with a wide range of issues, this book was like a breath of fresh air.

I am a great believer of healing the mind body and soul as naturally as possible and so to have medical doctors beginning to wake up to this approach first, is fantastic for their patients! I am off to buy fishoil and vitamin D!

Disappointing

What I hoped would be an informative book on a subject I really enjoy turned out to be repetitive plug about the authors own brand of supplements.
