the narrator is very disjointed and detracts from the story because of the unnecessary pauses. A bit like a 1960's William Shatner

This narrator is disjointed in his cadence while speaking, causing the sentences to sound choppy and simply doesn’t flow. The story is great, but I did not enjoy the narration.
