Story
What does a young footballer do to cut loose? At night, some play what they think of as pranks or games: night games with women. Sometimes these involve consensual sex, sometimes not, and often the lines are blurred. In Night Games, Anna Krien follows the rape trial of an Australian Rules footballer. She also takes a balanced and fearless look at the dark side of footy culture - the world of Sam Newman, Ricky Nixon, Matty Johns and the Croa Sharks.

Story
In Sex, Lies and Question Time, former MP Kate Ellis looks at what it is really like to be a woman in Australian politics today. In 2017, a survey showed zero per cent of young Australian women would consider entering politics. Zero. In a time when we critically need women in our parliament, and in a country that was an early leader in women's political participation, there is a perception that women and politics don’t mix. Shocking incidents have exposed the sexism that women in politics face from opposition, the media, the public, even their own colleagues.

Dorothy Davis and Kerry Whelan were both happy, healthy, affluent, middle-class women from conservative, loving families. Such women are hardly ever among the ranks of the missing. They were not hitchhikers, or associates of drug dealers, or unhappy with their family relationships, or suffering from mental health issues. Dorothy Davis and Kerry Whelan came from different parts of Sydney, mixed in quite different circles, and led completely different lives.

Publisher's Summary
Brought to you by Penguin.
Have you ever been on a disastrous date and vowed never to use apps again?
Are you blaming yourself for the things going wrong in your love life?
Do you always seem to become attached to people who treat you badly?
The sad truth is that when it comes to modern dating, there are a whole host of challenges and hurdles to overcome. From ghosting and negging to gaslighting and abuse, this book teaches you what to look out for, to make sure that you're not accidentally dating men with toxic traits who secretly hate women, or who just want to have sex and run.
It will empower you to use your voice and walk away if you spot warning signs in relationships, by highlighting the red flags and the types of fuckboy that you might run into when dating, as well as the green flags and signs that indicate a healthy partnership.
This is not a dating book that promises to find you a person to love; instead, it will help you spot the troublesome ones before it is too late. It will help you to recognise that you possess spectacular buff ting energy and that it's perfectly possible to be contentedly single.
Most importantly, this audiobook will give you the power to block, delete and move on with living your best life.
PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase this title, the accompanying PDF will be available in your Audible Library along with the audio.

Every single woman should read this
I have loved her page for 2 years.
Although I think I’m pretty knowledgeable, happily single, and an intersectional feminist, I still learned a lot.
So well written and formatted, I love her voice.
I will be buying this book for all my single friends.
Thank you Lala for this wonderful book.

THANK YOU LALA
Beautifully written and read!
It's a sad indictment that this book is necessary, BUT IT IS NECESSARY!
And it NEEDS to be on every high school curriculum for all genders!
I don't do socials or dating apps...thank Christ! But I wanted to say thanks for this book and especially for the green flag paragraph...we ARE out there!
Anyone reading this, don't ignore IRL...a picture and a written description is one thing, but sometimes you have to see a unicorn with your own eyes, before you can believe they exist! Regards, Laurence. Cis male. 57. Australia.

Life changing
I wish I’d read this five years ago when I was first single again. I could have avoided so much heartbreak, spiralling, self hate, and found myself again so much sooner. Absolutely brilliant, cannot recommend enough to anyone who dates cis het men, who’s in a relationship with one, or who loves someone who fits either of those two categories. And I wish more men would read books like this to see what the world is like. Stunning, Lala, thank you for this amazing book!
