Phil mag ihn trotzdem und würde ihn am liebsten einmal besuchen. Und genau das passiert eines Tages: Phil landet mitten im Buch. Dort stellt er fest, dass der sonst so heitere Herr Mai eigentlich sehr traurig ist. Er fühlt sich schrecklich allein und wünscht sich eine Frau.
