Another great book by the authors. Fans of sci-fi and the likes of Old Man's war, Galaxy Outlaws and Wayward Galaxy will enjoy.

From the beginning to the end I was captivated by this book - I can't wait to listen to all the others

Almost a domestic version of an original story, with the problems of household budget and shopping.

A fun little adventure of a man discovering a deceased grandfather's secret which leads him into interstellar adventure.

Some people don't like the narration, although when you realise the book is written in a deadpan, slightly sarcastic and matter-of-fact way, then you realise the narrator got it spit on.

And the style is like that of a 1940s detective novel, so it fits.

anyway. I enjoyed it and listen to it often.

iI look forward to further instalments.

I thought that this book was brilliant. It was well written, and I loved the humour that was sprinkled throughout the dialogue. I recommend getting it, and I am moving on to the second book in the series after writing this. A book that takes you with it, transports you to different worlds and makes you want to read more. A last thought, the narration was top notch Jeffrey, it was very clear, natural and suited to this adventure. I can see why you were chosen for this project. Thanks to all....

Started off thinking that I wouldn’t like it was quite drawn with the voice of the narrator but I ended up reading the end and I think I’ll get the next in the series and see what it’s like so overall not a bad book she get into it
