poor audio quality, not a structured audiobook but more of a live presentation recording, i think the information in the book's description to what is actually conveyed can be taken away elsewhere to be found in a more better quality and enjoyable delivery. I love Agapi and Deepak but this "audiobook" was a bit of a let down. I have listened twice and still feel this way. I recommend "You are Goddess" by Sophie Bashford instead.
