vague concepts with little specifics

the voice sounds like an AI and it is quite grating, was hard to get through the book but I managed!

wasn't worth it though, so much self-promoting for the style but with such minimal pragmatic tips that made this a massive waste of time, needs more "examples" of how scenarios work and "if that still doesn't work" tips...it had approximately 0 of these in depth tips
