This is a great read for anyone wishing to dive deep into lucid dreaming, astral projection and out-of-body experiences.

The author is no doubt a genuine explorer of the astral plane (and beyond) and he shares many fascinating experiences he's had there. He describes different techniques to enter these realms, as well as how to connect to guides and other spiritual beings once there.

I have a small amount of experience in these areas and this book has given me the motivation and encouragement to get back into it again.

I resonated with it so well that I Googled the author, and funnily enough I look just like him. So much that I sent a picture to my friend and she thought it was me. So bizarre.
