I found this to be a very good book overall. This book continues a trend of more and more writers performing their own books. The writer has a good voice for counselling and exercises but I thought it would have been better to have a more dynamic voice during the information parts.

This book is so needed for anyone with Anxious attachment
This book is the most up to date in understanding and explaining anxious attachment. The practices are amazing. The explainations, examples and distinctions are so clear and helpful. And her voice is so soothing and calming. I have been recommending to everyone I know who is on the healing journey. And I am feeling so much more calmer since applying the work.

Life changing!
This book has really inspired inner growth and acknowledgment that I am anxiously attached in my marriage and the reasons why I am this way, normalising my experience and showing me I am not alone and can heal. Jessica’s message is delivered so gently with heartfelt compassion inspired by her own lived and learned experience, demonstrating to me how anxious attachment style presents in real life in such a resonating way. This book is teaching me more about myself and why I behave the way I do within my marriage. Jessica’s delivery is clear and soothing via audio, which brings a sense of comfort and nurturing to what can be quite a difficult and confronting journey. I’m really grateful to have found this book, it has lead me on a rewarding pathway of self discovery and growth.
