It has shined some light.

It has definitely shed some light on anxiety. A self-help book here with new techniques. I like this. It’s the shortest book I’ve heard but it’s one of the most functional ones. I’m not the one to remember ideas in a jiffy, but situation in this book is different. I can almost state every idea from this book. Cool, huh?

Good stuff.

It’s something I’d like to rely on. It sounds as if the author has many years of experience counselling and I’d like to hear his thoughts and sure enough, he didn’t fail me. It’s not a flawless one, but it holds good stuff.
