About this listen
For seven months the Maxwell family and their friends, both old and new, have fought to survive in the zombie apocalypse after the ImDED2 virus ended 90 percent of human life.
Ryan Maxwell and Nick Jones embarked on a successful cross-country trek to Texas in search of Ryan’s parents, Owen and Leah Maxwell. Along the way, they encountered cannibals in St. Louis, Missouri, Texas Rangers in the Lone Star State, and a king in Memphis, Tennessee.
Now, as they begin the long and arduous trip back North to the Bunker, in Prophetstown, Illinois, who knows who or what they will encounter.
More friends?
More enemies?
A weapon to aid in the fight against the dead?
The Maxwells, somehow, always manage to find a way. Will they continue to survive? Or will the recent changes in behavior of some of the living dead be too much for them to handle?
How long will Ryan Maxwell’s luck continue to hold out in a world…After Z?

Koala bear?? Seriously if I’d heard that one more time I was gonna scream - they’re just koalas!! Why didn’t the author ask an Australian? They’re in a group with enough of them to have double checked.
Also, if those survivors were starving, slowly eating food would have been better not eating 3 full MRIs each in a two hour period and about to start on their fourth! That’s how you kill people who are starving - I can suspend my disbelief for a lot of stuff, I’m reading a zombie apocalypse book after all but seriously ask a medical professional, even someone who worked in basic nursing like me knows that.
Outside of those two things again I enjoyed the book, it was a good installation of the series - and my question is what happened to those other kids who escaped???? I hope that question is answered in book 5.
