Excellent

Don’t think I’ve been able to say this about a book in a long time but what a great ending.
Absolutely loved it looking forward to reading about cari’s adventures.

It's a good read

I like how simple the overall story is. There are not a lot of new systems, new way of delivery or story structure that was present in the books. Which for some people that might be a breaker, but for me it was okay. there was a quest, there was a protagonist, he has simple needs and it follows through. Its very cozy and easy to understand story and doesn't really hurt your head or is very convoluted. I was in the mood for something like that, so it is a plus for me.

The best part of it was its full of action. From start to finish, the author's strength was delivering action but not much on character building and such. So if that's what you're in for, you wont be disappointed.

Talks like a politician

Decent original story. Narrator... its CAValry, NOT calvary. And please don't pad sentences out with pauses like politicians.

Terrible

main character is so unlikable with no redeeming qualities.
the Narrator is the worst I've heard. No discernable difference in characters. but the worst part is he CONSTANTLY finishes his sentences 2-3 words early which just breaks any semblance of immersion.

Decent narration

Roberto Scarlato does a great job narrating the the books.
The series is about a gamer that gets tricked and goes to a fantasy land universe where he battles the forces an empire.
The main character a game system and placed everything in the luck characteristic.

not my fav

Narrator good. Story wasnt what I hoped for. Lots of hand to hand combat, not much in the way of plot twists, or mystery.

Really enjoyed the story

Loved all three books, easy to follow and keep up with. It’s rather predictable but if you just want an easy read/listen then give it a go.
Only down side for me was the American pronunciation of the word Duke as Dook, made me cringe every time. But don’t let that put you off.
