As a female diagnosed with ADHD in her 30’s I am very much in a period of catching up and learning a lot about myself - finding that information in relation to women is that bit harder.
This book is full of clear and easy to understand explanations of what adhd is, what you can do to improve your life and validation of loved experience - all done with a huge amount of references and statistics that you can look up and verify.
I’ve actually gone out to buy a hard copy of this book so I can highlight and implement parts that resonated with me significantly.
Thank you for writing this book.
