Deep Space Nine (DS9) is probably my favourite Star Trek show. While there may be a lack of loosing communications and a distinct lack of going back in time this is still a great Star Trek experience. Garak's back story information from this story enhances the whole series for me. If you are a fan and on the fence then go for it you will probably enjoy it. I was a bit worried as I don't normally buy Star Trek books (this was my first) but seeing as it was on sale I went with it and am glad I did now.
