About this listen

A missing young girl. A horrifying conspiracy. Jack Widow will kill to save her.

Under a sweltering Texas landscape, Jack Widow waits at a dust-covered bus station, when he meets Claire Hood, a grandmother, clearly in distress. Claire is on a solo mission to rescue her abducted granddaughter.

Minutes after meeting her, the unthinkable happens. Claire drops dead - natural causes. Right there in front of Widow.

Widow isn’t the type of guy to let wrongs go. He picks up her bus ticket and takes her place on a quest that will give him a reason to kill.

Widow hunts across Texas for an abducted child in the riveting third novel in Scott Blade’s Amazon best-selling Jack Widow series.

Fans of Lee Child’s Jack Reacher, Tom Clancy, Vince Flynn’s Mitch Rapp, and Mark Greaney’s Gray Man will love the Jack Widow action-thriller series.

Great story line that was interesting all the way through. In the right genre of Reacher that had action but the loneliness of previous stories

Thoroughly Enjoyable

Excellent Narration of a retired NCIS agent investigating a missing child and her Father, after the Grandmother suddenly passed away at a Bus station where Jack was also sitting. As a drifter he meets all types of people and usually helps them if required. Book 3 in this Series is worthwhile listening to or reading.

The Wall!

Awesome, obviously I loved it. Action was great. Maybe a bit too much detail, but didn’t detract from story at all.

Great listen to lol!

Jack Widow doesn’t always follow the rules but he gets the right thing done. Good pace and strong story, narrated masterfully.

Well written

Good plot, interesting "hero", hints at intriguing back story. Otherwise, kept wishing to edit conversations, and details to simulate Child's writing as closely as possible.

Similar Reacher Protagonist - Exciting Read

Once again I’m not disappointed by the author, plot or main characters or the narrator, good choice.

Great listening as always

The story is not too bad but I’m getting tired of the writer’s obvious political left leaning propaganda.

Very political

Good story with a no nonsense hero, who does what think would really happen in some of the one on onesituationans he gets into.

Entertaining

It was an OK book but the quality of the writing and story we always short of good and very predictable. Always felt like I was listening to a copy of Jack Reacher novels.

A less good version of Jack Reacher novels.
