Interesting idea for a book, works well on Audible

This is an interesting idea for a book that I think translates very well onto Audible. Each page of the book is a day of the year and provides mindfulness insights and short stories from the authors and other influential thinkers.

In the Audible app, each chapter is a calendar day, making it easy to get your daily 3-4 minutes of mindfulness thinking to set the tone for the day.

I also like that the authors are the narrators, therefore, they put different voices on for the characters in the stories they tell.

Much recommended.
