Editorial reviews

Motivational speaker and leadership coach Brian Tracy offers tips on longevity in 21 Great Ways to Live to be 100.

Tracy’s recipe for making it to 100 is a mix of psychological suggestions, like deciding how old you want to be, and simple-to-follow dietary recommendations. In a sensible, energetic performance, Tracy cites clinical studies to back up other suggestions like getting more sleep and driving safely. He also offers tips for implementing these ideas.

Tracy's delivery is gentle rather than forceful. Instead of bludgeoning listeners with his advice, he allows his commonsense ideas for a long life to slowly take root in the listener’s mind.

One suggestion is to drink as much water as possible and that you can not drink too much water. This is false, as you can die when your blood is diluted too much. Yes it takes a lot of water to do this but it is possible, for this reason I give this book the lowest score possible as drinking water as a solution to fat loss is simply false. This book is outdated. Fact check anything contained within.
