Finally, an eating plan that works for ME!

Chalene always shares great information. This book is no exception. Her personal journey, curiosity, research, and ability to share the most complex information in an understandable and interesting way, all combine to teach us a method that works to heal our gut and our whole selves, and live better. 131 method is a game changer

Awesome Book and Chalene brings it to life with her narration. This program is a game changer not only did I lose 25 pounds I have healed my gut and learned how to eat without ever counting calories again. P.S I am a 60-year-old woman when everyone said I would gain weight during menopause this program helped me lose it. Thank you, Chalene for giving me back my life xoxo.

Spoiler alert: it’s just keto

I feel scammed. Chalene promises this is t another diet and of course, it’s a diet. And not JUST a diet. It’s keto: the MOST complicated diet. She promises to make it easy to understand, but just because you use a third grade teacher tone to your voice doesn’t make the science any less science. I read 5 hours in then I returned it.

this is a different kind of weight management book

Fantastic general information very well presented. it is a specific program but I really think it just had a lot of good information and helpful tidbits if you are trying to get lean and getting decent shape and stay that way. it is a program that I definitely look forward to trying completely and I've had good luck with thus far.
