This book is very helpful in understanding of “how to think” about achieving goals, solving problems and living an ever growing life and you continue to hone your skills. If you feel stuck and you’re unsure why (because you’re already working hard). This book will give you a framework to be able to approach this problem.

At the end of each chapter, Ben interviews Dan and discusses the chapter which gives extra insight.
