This book centres on the power of a 10 second pause to centre, re-evaluate and take a different direction to your usual reactions. Included are very practical tips for daily life when faced with that inside voice that wants to sabotage your life. These tips are based on neuroscience. Dimos also provides very relatable examples. This is an easy listen with clear guidance to take your power back.
