Raymond E. Feist
Feist’s debut novel Magician was published in 1982. Magician is the first book in The Riftwar Saga. These books comprise the first series in Feist’s Riftwar Cycle world. Since its publication in 1982 Magician has remained in print, which Feist says is the thing he is most proud of in his career.
Other series in the Riftwar Cycle include The Empire Trilogy, Krondors Sons, The Serpentwar Saga, The Riftwar Legacy, Conclave of Shadows, Darkwar Saga, Demonwar Saga, and Chaoswar Saga.
The worlds created by Feist in his popular fantasy novels have won him loyal readers all over the world.
Feist studied communication at the University of California. He is a father of two, Jessica and James. When he’s not writing, Feist is a self-described football enthusiast. When it comes to reading books, his preference is for biography and history.
Raymond E. Feist was born in 1945 in Los Angeles, United States. He lives in San Diego.
