At Audible, we take our listening very seriously. We have the utmost respect for our creators, but one thing we know: It takes a village to deliver a great audiobook. Not any old plot will do, we know that for a fact, because you can have the best narrator(s) in the world, and it can fall apart. But when it all comes together, narrators deliver the soul of the work. They become a second skin to the character. We can feel their pain, celebrate their joy, their wins, their good, bad, and, of course, their love. We know a thing or two about great performances, so we asked our colleagues from across Audible to share some of their 2025 listening recommendations. This year, it looks like romance, well-being, and suspense were at the top, with a side of fantasy and sci-fi. We're picky all right. And proud of it.
