This is a nice listen on the way. Some tips, such as the breathing exercise and the exercise to improve it, were new to me, and I will try them out. Regarding the cold water experience, I would recommend the researcher who was interviewed to check out some old books by Mr Kneipp to learn about cold water applied to specific body parts only (there is a whole Kneipp therapy which involves walking through cold water pools)

Some reasonable tips to improve health
