Yvonne Osborne's novel, LET EVENING COME, was the publisher's #1 bestseller of 2024 and was nominated for the Women's National Book Association's s Great Group Reads. She is a Pushcart-nominated poet and novelist and her work can be found in the Slippery Elm, Flapper Press, Third Coast Review, Full of Crow, Midwest Review, Great Lakes Review, and The Milkhouse Literary Magazine. Yvonne is a fifth generation Michigander who grew up on the family dairy farm where chores cames first but there was always time for books under the tutorage of a Shakespeare-loving grandmother. After college at Michigan's Northwood University and a stint in the Buckeye State, where she furthered her education and love of writing with creative writing classes and practicums at Liberal Arts Colleges in the Miami Valley area of Dayton and Yellow Springs, she and her husband moved back to the Michigan farm founded by her great-great-grandfather and renovated a house with a view of the lowlands and a room for writing. Osborne's new novel, BLACK RIVER (murder and malfeasance in farm country) is forthcoming in 2026 and her first collection of poetry, THE HARDEST THINGS TO HOLD will be out in 2027.
