Born and raised in the nation's capital, Xavier's lifelong passion has always been to help families all over! He's the youngest of five and father to five of his own rambunctious bunch. As the CEO of a ten-plus-year-old financial services corporation, he's fulfilling such a passion. XNE Financial Advising, LLC has more than 1,000 clients, managed $18.4+ million in incomes and revenues, and processed more than 1,500 tax returns that equaled well over $170 million in taxable incomes. The corporation is a certified minority-owned business enterprise specializing in financial plans, business bookkeeping, and wealth accumulation strategies. Xavier's previous engagements and media outlets include hosting ABC's of Finance: Youth Finance Workshop and speaking to aspiring entrepreneurs at DC Mayor Muriel Bowser's Community Day as well as being featured ABC 7 News, WUSA9, CBS, Business-to-Business Partnered w/ SallieMae, Experian, Equifax, AMEX, and MSNBC and many more. By day, Xavier serves as a senior financial professional for the DC Government (he's also held financial positions in the investment banking field, non-profits, federal government, and contracting). His experience includes FINRA Licenses, Federal Appropriations, and Formulation, IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer (RTRP), Microsoft Specialist, QuickBooks Certified, and State of Maryland Tax Practitioner. Xavier is a graduate of Southeastern University. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management and graduated cum laude.
