I am Wykinnya Whitehurst, known as Coach K. I am a woman of God, a wife, a mother, and a Nana. I live in Richmond, Virginia. I write for women who feel tired, overlooked, or worn down but still believe more waits ahead. I also write to women who love God and to women who are asking if there is even a God. My books include Things Collected Along The Way, Golden Nuggets For This Thing Called Life, and Finding Boaz. Each one comes out of real stories, hard seasons, and grace in broken places. I speak to women who carry responsibility, pour into others, and need a safe place to breathe, heal, and stand again. I founded Dream Out Loudd and the nonprofit Women Minded Society, a community for women who support, serve, and grow together. I also serve as a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. My work helps women take what is left and build a life with purpose and hope. My life scripture is Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” When you read my work, my prayer stays simple. You feel seen. You sense fresh hope. You take one honest step toward healing and purpose. My story is still being written, and so is yours.
