Doctor Wolfgang W. Ausserbauer, or (DocWolf) as a pen name, was born in Neustadt, Germany, and immigrated with his parents to Whittier, California, USA in 1957. There, He graduated from Lowell High School. He was honorably discharged after his four-year military service in the US Air Force. Thereafter, when he went back to college and acquired a degree in Chiropractic medicine, he retired in 2010. Now, as a Novelist, he and his friend, Writer, a miniature Schnauzer, travel the United States in a motorhome writing science fiction and contemporary stories. The Interstellar Home Finders series, Hugo 1 - 6, Dreadnought 1 - 6, Intrepid 1 – 6, and the Adventurer series, books 1 to 6, Rising Sun 1-6, The Setting Sun 1-6, The Second Coming 1-6, The Rining of the Years, 1-6, A New Year 1-3. Also, there are The Gallant Painter, Stepping Out, Reflections of Love, The Structure of Life, and Writer series, Writer 1, Writer 2, and Writer and the Novelist. Who builds interconnected mythic universes where ancient forces collide with modern consequence. His stories explore memory, lineage, and the hidden architecture of power — blending science fiction, fantasy, and metaphysical mystery into a single, evolving tapestry.
