I am William J. McKiddy, Jr., or 'Bill' as known by my friends. I was born in St. Louis Missouri and currently live in Mt. Carmel, Illinois. I have been happily married since 1975 to Theresa. I have a B. A. degree from Missouri Baptist College, now known as Missouri Baptist University. I also have an M. Div. degree from Southern Seminary. Over the years I have taught various college classes including computer programming, beginning Highland Bagpipes and various theological classes. Besides writing, I love woodworking, especially making musical instruments such as a Celtic Floor Harp and a mountain dulcimer for Theresa. Furthermore, Theresa and I play the Highland Bagpipes with the Kyilindi Pipes and Drums. We once were members of the Red Hill Dulcimer Society where I played the irish whistle and the musical saw. I have always enjoyed reading scientific writings, science fiction and fantasy books. Furthermore, I have a love for drawing, and took the liberty to create the cover and chapter illustrations for my book.
