I travel. I talk with people. I write stories. With a background in the telecom and semiconductor industries, I built a career in technology while steadily cultivating a lifelong passion for writing and storytelling. Over time, I made deliberate changes to align my professional path with my long-term commitment to becoming an author. My literary interests range from the classics to science fiction and fantasy. The idea for a post-apocalyptic science fiction novel first took shape more than a decade ago, evolving gradually through world-building and structured development. The project proved too ambitious at the time, so I shifted focus and, in 2022, published my first completed work of fiction, Rebirth (under the pen name Victor Fleischer), inspired by the world of Kenshi by Low-Fi Games. I later turned my attention to developing the Grim Series, a long-form project currently in progress and planned for completion by early 2027. Many stories continue to take form in the background, and I dedicate my time outside of work to bringing them to life. My long-term goal is to transition into writing full time. In an era increasingly shaped by LLMs and mass-produced content, I see the dangers of ‘AI’, but also opportunities. The flood of slop will make us crave more genuine human expression and connection. For that reason, I wish to thrive by remaining committed to writing grounded stories that resonate with readers and offer something lasting and real.
