Warsha is a business mentor to founder CEOs and is driven by a relentless passion for enabling entrepreneurs to achieve their goals, especially second-generation CEOs of family-run businesses. She began her entrepreneurial journey in the mid-1980s in India where she started, successfully scaled, and sold two businesses. Later moving to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, Warsha is the founder of and a pioneer in virtual business support company in the Gulf region through her company Platinum VA, which she still enjoys running. Today, Warsha divides her time between Platinum VA and her much sought-after business scaling up mentoring for the SME segment through Dare to Scale. As an added level of entrepreneurial support she now also loves running premier business masterminds with CEOs who dare to be mentored to mastery. Her gravitas, which comes from her proven entrepreneurial track record, is key to her knack to drill down to and speak to the heart of matters with her clients and her writing and speaking are also testament to this. She, along with her husband Evan, run their exclusive Scalability Quotient Acceleration and Elevation programs. Warsha is an Economics and Business graduate, a qualified scaling up coach, a Master Practitioner of NLP and professional certified mBit Coach. Warsha loves living in the dynamic city of Dubai with her husband Evan, their three cats, and her two horses.
