Victoria Bowley is a weight loss and intuitive eating coach based in Philadelphia. She helps women get back in shape by rebuilding their self-esteem, cultivating a healthy relationship with food, and guiding them through every step of reclaiming their health. As a teenager, she suffered from eating disorders caused by emotional abuse. Being severely overweight ruined her self-confidence and led to a host of health issues including prediabetes. However, Victoria started doing research, got to the root of her disorder, discovered the tools to re-establish her relationship with food, and successfully sculpted her dream body. After that, she became a certified coach and dedicated her career to guiding women through every step of their individual weight loss and wellness journeys. By following Victoria's affordable, delicious, and gut-friendly meal plans, her clients have successfully lost up to 20 pounds in a single month and reversed health conditions like IBS, prediabetes, and chronic inflammation. In her free time, Victoria practices yoga, enjoys the company of her three children, and grows her own food in her backyard.
