Vessi Kapoulian is a Family Office Advisor, Board Director, principal multifamily investor, best-selling author, and former commercial lender with expertise in strategic risk, due diligence, governance, and multi-generational continuity.

She began her career in commercial lending, managing a large ten-figure global credit portfolio. That institutional credit background shapes her board-room perspective today: rigorous due diligence, downside protection, and a liquidity and risk lens applied to capital allocation decisions.

Today, Vessi advises family offices and founder-led enterprises on governance, M&A, investment due diligence, family constitution design, and next-generation leadership. As a principal investor in multifamily assets, she also helps investors master apartment underwriting.

Vessi holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
