Dr. Veronica Anderson Dedegbe is a former board-certified ophthalmologist and glaucoma specialist (Princeton University/Rutgers Medical School, honors) and founder of a clinical practice who brought surgical diagnostic precision to executive advisory. She is the founder of Rosewater Falls Management Consulting, a Vistage Chair in Greater Philadelphia, and a Kolbe Certified Consultant, Performance Specialist, and Team Specialist. She works with CEOs, founders, and C-suite executives at organizations using her proprietary RESPECT Method. Certified in Functional Medicine, fellowship-trained in Integrative Medicine (AIHM), and trained in hypnotherapy, she also founded Zaveur — a luxury wellness brand at the intersection of art, culture, and self-mastery. She has appeared on national television and hosted her own podcast and AM radio show. She splits her time between Greater Philadelphia, New York City, and Nice, France.
