Vanessa is a faith-filled daughter, sister, mother, and wife. She teaches history and English to at-risk middle school students and owns her own travel business. She loves to travel with family, friends, other teachers, and solo. Her favorite trips are the ones to UNESCO and other historic sites. She loves to bring her travels into the classroom to share with her students. She believes travel is the best education and that it is also therapeutic. When she is not teaching or traveling herself, she is inspiring others to travel. Vanessa authors a travel blog, Travel the World History, where she shares her adventures with a focus on the history of the various places she has traveled. She enjoys helping others plan and book their dream trips. Vanessa also loves to teach motivated individuals how to travel smarter and earn an income by starting their own travel agent businesses.
