Valentine Lecêtre is a French author and entrepreneur, mother of Sasha. When her son is diagnosed with autism at 16 months, doctors coldly tell her to grieve for him. She refuses. With no medical background, she builds an unconventional team around Sasha — the Miracle Workers — and creates a programme inspired by the Son-Rise Programme and ABA. Today Sasha leads the life they said was impossible: mainstream school, friends, eye contact regained. From this experience, Valentine draws two books and a website now supporting thousands of families: "Sortir de l'autisme" (Éditions Idéo, 2023) and its English edition "BREAKING the codes".
